The Young
Alumni Society of Virginia Union University
The Young Alumni
Society of Virginia Union University (YAS) exists to
establish and carry out means by which the University can
regularly communicate with, serve alumni and to provide a
mechanism through which the alumni may communicate with and
serve the University, community and each other.
To implement this
statement of purpose, the YAS of VUU shall:

Establish
programs geared to young alumni who will strengthen the
ties between the University, recent graduates and the
community.

Actively
support the students of the University through
fund-raising activities.

Connect VUU
alumni through networking.

Serve as a
liaison between the University, Alumni and Community.

Increase the
visibility and enhance the image of the Virginia Union
University.

back to the institution that has given to us.”
