Announcing VUU PMP® Exam Preparation course
We are excited to announce the launch of the VUU PMP® Exam Preparation course. The course provides attendees with an understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) and preparation for the PMP® examination. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements leading individuals and organizations to achieve goals and budget on time. Example of projects in the business world include (1) planning and implementing the Olympics, (2) creating a Web application to support selling a company’s products and services, and (3) relocating portions of a business from one location to another.
Class activities include lecture, role-play, individual tasks, and group exercises to reinforce the information obtained from the assigned readings. A unique web-based simulated exam environment provides the opportunity to build exam confidence through quizzes focused on a specific knowledge management area or an entire 200-question examination.
The textbook from RMC Project, a leading international training organization, compliments the materials in the PMBOK® through further examples of the concepts and self-assessing exercises.
