Upward Bound Application 

• Have student and parent sign and complete all required sections of the application, a copy of parent/guardians 2010 1040 tax form, or financial assistance documentation( public assistance, social security, veterans and disability benefits) ; Click Here to download an application.
• Complete the counselor recommendation form and collect all four teacher recommendations
• Forward a copy of the students current report card, transcript and profile sheet, to the Upward Bound Office at Virginia Union University
• Forward completed application and financial documentation to the Upward Bound Office at Virginia Union University
