The facilities in the Lab are for a wide range of electronic research uses including word processing, Internet access, online catalog. Resources are provided in support of the University's curriculum.

Software for standard document preparation is maintained on each workstation. Users may not bring additional software products to install on the Library's computers. Printing services are available at a cost of $ .10 per page.

All users are asked to comply with the University's Telecommunications Use Policy (posted on the Library's web page). In addition, in order to ensure a proper study environment for all library patrons, there is no mobile phone use or eating or drinking in the computer lab.

• Open to all VUU students, faculty and staff.   

  • For other campus labs, check with your academic major department--there may be a departmental computer lab for you to use.

Printing Services

• Printing is available in the library from any networked library computer. The cost is 10 cents per page.
• For VUU students, faculty and staff:  the library printing system will require you to register with the library, after which you will be able to print using your VUU student/faculty/staff ID number and a PIN (provided to you by the Library).  For guests (non-VUU patrons):  you may obtain a Guest print card.

Copying Services

• The cost is 10 cents per page. At this time, the copier only takes coin/cash.
